  couscous, Harira - traditional Moroccan soup, Zaalouk - aubergine and tomato salad, Lamb Tagine with almonds and dates, Beef Tagine with prunes and walnuts, Chicken and olive Tagine, Kefta Tagine with vegetables, Chicken Pastilla with traditional Moroccan flatbread.
